The Maitland Garden of Hope encourages special interest groups such as artists, photographers, service clubs, seniors groups and horticultural societies to visit our gardens.
“I’m an avid gardener and belong to seven gardening organizations, so I attend a lot of presentations and tour many gardens. You are both such excellent speakers and I have never seen healthier plants in any garden in Canada or abroad. You’ve created gardens that are artistic, beautiful and fascinating. Your tour, your explanations and your commentary were interesting and educational. I always love to see plants that I’ve never seen before and you also had several of those. On behalf of the executive committee and members of my garden club, thank you for your warm welcome and for spending the time to show us your gardens. We are in awe of what you have accomplished and we thank you for sharing it with us. It was a wonderful day.”
